I have a Mo/W11, i cannot beat the dopleganger, I tried a whole bunch of suggestions, i dunno what to do, do you guys have any suggestions??

shoulda been a mo/me... mesmers have ascension so easy....... a level 2 beat ascension, i saw him in dragons lair as a lvl 8 or higher

*sigh* I disapprove of people going at it low levels, and then asking how to beat it.

You're SUPPOSE to be at least around level 15 or higher. And I'm sure there's a lot of info. on how to beat it if you use the search.

Use useless enchantments and frenzy. Go up to him to see if the axe does less damage to you.

eh i'll give you a tip. better to answer these things instead of dragging it on for days.

use healing breeze. the dopple never uses it. protective spirit will help you due to you lower life. and use some smiting.

search one of the 1000 other threads telling you how to beat it. equip frenzy, spec high in one of your weapon attributes. prot spirit is your friend. the end.

Try just putting healing breeze on and casting it on yourself while dinking the doppleganger with your staff/wand. Typically it wont use healing breeze so you're set...Or try leveling up...if you're L11 you really should level a bunch up before taking it on. I'd suggest L17+

I took my w/mo in at lvl 13 and beat it. I went in as a monk, less energy for me, but taking it from a monk's perspective, this is how i did it.

Retribution/Mending/BalthSpirit: cast before you go in(last stone) and wait for energy to regen.
Bane Signet: no energy use, gives em a good knock down and takes life
Breeze: they're right, DG never used it

This is all you need. Keep wanding DG, use the bane, and breeze when u need a heal. should work first time.
